ARE YOU COMFORTABLE WITH YOUR BODY??

"Comfy body comfy mind" - Are you comfortable in your body? That´s the question...I AM! why? ´cos there's nothing i can do about it except be happy with what God has given me, eat healthy, exercise and stay beautiful. Well you will wonder why i did not mention having a cosmetic surgery...well i don´t encourage going under the knife just because you want to look Nicky Minaj (no offence) and all them artificial's you see on TV, don´t get me wrong i do not have anything against these people am just saying you have no reason to dislike your body so much to want to decide to alter it. I read a quote somewhere that says "Real women are fat, and thin, and both, and neither, and other wise". Instead get into a healthy eating schedule, start exercising, know your body type and pick the right outfits for your body type and the last and most important is that you please tell yourself everyday  "I AM BEAUTIFUL, I AM BLACK AND PROUD OF IT". Good luck on your new adventure of loving your body and having fun dressing up.
